Monday 3-2-09
Ok, the usual breakfast. Yummy cameo apple, yogurt and coffee. I'm going to try having a whey shake in the mornings. The doctors my mom works with swear its good for weigh loss...
Lunch was a salad with chicken, guac, tomatoes, and chipotle ranch dressing.
Dinner. 1/2 of a Kings seafood cobb salad and sourdough bread with butter. MMMMM.
